Megan Jane Aesthetics is an independent, nurse-led medical aesthetics clinic operated by Megan Jane, a qualified and registered independent nurse prescriber.

All treatments are provided by Megan Jane only.

All clients must attend a consultation prior to treatment. This may be carried out in person or remotely, depending on the treatment.

During your consultation, a full medical history will be taken to assess suitability. You must disclose accurate and complete medical information, including medications, medical conditions, pregnancy, or recent treatments.

​

Megan Jane Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in your best interests.

Results vary from person to person. While every effort is made to achieve the best possible outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.

Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for medical records. These will not be used for marketing without your written consent.

All aesthetic treatments carry potential risks and side effects. These will be fully discussed during your consultation, and you will be given aftercare advice.

You are responsible for following all aftercare instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect results and recovery.

​

Megan Jane Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance or from treatments carried out by other practitioners.

Appointments must be booked via the designated booking system.

​

Appointment times are reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time, as late arrival may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

​

Cancellations made within 48 hours, or failure to attend an appointment, may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

​

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Some treatments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

​

Full payment is required on the day of treatment unless otherwise agreed in advance.

​

Prices are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of booking or consultation.

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic treatments, refunds are not offered once treatment has been carried out.

If you have concerns about your treatment outcome, please contact Megan Jane Aesthetics as soon as possible so these can be reviewed and discussed.

We take complaints seriously and aim to resolve concerns professionally and fairly.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your treatment or service, please contact us directly so we can address the issue.

All client information is handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.

Personal and medical information will be kept confidential and only used for treatment, communication, and legal or regulatory purposes.
